| Einleitung | Microsoft Silverlight ist eine Erweiterung für Webbrowser, die die Ausführung von Rich Internet Applications ermöglicht. Eine Rich Internet Application ermöglicht dem Besucher einer Webseite z. B. Drag and Drop, 3D-Effekte, Animationen und Unterstützung diverser Videoformate und anderer Medien. Ausserdem wird Silverlight als Framework für Apps für Windows Phone 7 verwendet. Silverlight ist als proprietäres, programmierbares Plug-in für Windows und Apple Macintosh verfügbar und wird für die Browser Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera und Safari angeboten. Für Linux wird von Novell mit Zustimmung und Unterstützung von Microsoft Moonlight angeboten. Silverlight basiert auf einer reduzierten Version des .NET Frameworks. Dieser Kurs behandelt fortgeschrittene Themen für die Entwicklung professioneller Silverlight-4-Applikationen fürs Web, für Windows Desktops sowie für Windows Phone 7 Geräte. Der Kurs beinhaltet Hands-on-Labs mit in praxistypischen, realistischen Szenarios. Der Kurs wird von einem erfahrenen .NET-Spezialisten unterrichtet. |

| Teilnehmerkreis | The target audience for this training course is professional developers who have experience with XAML (either through WPF or Silverlight), a limited amount of Silverlight development experience, and experience working in Visual Studio 2010. This audience is interested in learning to develop advanced Silverlight 4 applications using Visual Studio 2010. This course is intended for developers who have programming experience using either Visual Basic .NET or Visual C# and who understand the concepts of object-oriented programming. This course is designed for developers who are comfortable using Expression Blend and Visual Studio 2010. This course is not designed for new programmers. |
