Der Kurs findet in der Schweiz in der Regel in Zürich statt (Technopark, ideal mit Auto und ÖV erreichbar). Bei mehreren Anmeldungen aus Bern oder Basel kann der Kurs auch in unseren Schulungsräumen Bern oder Basel durchgeführt werden. Firmenkurse können in Ihren Räumlichkeiten oder in einem unserer Schulungszentren stattfinden.

Einleitung
Keine Applikation ist eine Insel. Applikationen müssen zusammen-gekoppelt werden, Geschäftsabläufe müssen durchgehend automatisiert werden, um den heute geforderten Produktivitäts-Gewinn zu erbringen. Software-Systeme miteinander zu koppeln, ist nicht mit dem blossen Austauschen von Bytes erledigt.
Auf dem Weg zur Service-orientierten Informatik-Welt werden nun Geschäftsprozesse verschiedener Systeme miteinander verbunden, um als Gesamtes als kohärentes System in Erscheinung zu treten.
BizTalk Server 2006 ist das Instrument dazu. Wie seine Vorgänger erlaubt dieser neueste Release die Kopplung verschiedener Applikationen, wobei die Geschäfts-Prozess-Logik graphisch kreiert und modifiziert wird.
Dieser Kurs führt den Software-Entwickler und Software-Architekten in den effizienten und zuverlässigen Einsatz des BizTalk Servers 2006 ein.

After completing this course, students will be able to:
- Describe the message processing architecture and the development environment provided by BizTalk Server 2006.
- Create XML and flat-file schemas.
- Create a BizTalk map and use functoids to manipulate data in a map.
- Deploy a BizTalk project and view deployed assemblies.
- Route messages based on the contents of a received message.
- Configure common adapters to enable BizTalk integration.
- Create an orchestration to represent a business process.
- Use orchestration shapes to define a detailed business process.
- Configure an orchestration for transactional business processing.
- Create, deploy, and manage a BizTalk application.
- Configure BizTalk to consume and publish Web services.
- Configure business rules and call a business rule from within an orchestration.
- Enable Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) functions for business users.
- Integrate trading partners into a business process.
Voraussetzungen Before attending this course, students must have:
1-2 years experience developing distributed applications.
Background in Microsoft .NET Framework concepts and technology.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
Working knowledge of XML.
No prior BizTalk experience is necessary.
