Einleitung
Der Operations Manager ist ein effizientes Tool, um den Betriebszustand von Geräten und Services laufend zu überwachen und bei Ausfällen zu alarmieren. Beispiele: SQL Server, Exchange Server, Netzverbindungen und die Verfügbarkeit weiterer Server.
Der Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 (MOM) ist aufgrund seiner umfassenden Funktionalität auch entsprechend komplex in der Konfiguration und Handhabung. Dieser Kurs bereitet den System-Administrator optimal und effizient auf die richtige Handhabung vor.

Die Teilnehmer/innen werden befähigt, Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 selbständig und richtig zu konfigurieren und zur Überwachung und Optimierung der Infrastruktur einzusetzen.
Voraussetzungen
Kenntnisse entsprechend dem MCSA-Zertifikat oder äquivalent, d.h. folgende absolvierte Kurse bzw gleichwertige Kenntnisse:
- MOC 2273: "Managing and Maintaining a MS Windows Server 2003 Environment" (W3PS)
- MOC 2208: "Updating Support Skills from MS Windows NT 4 to MS Windows Server 2003" (W3UN)
- MOC 2272: "Implementing and Supporting MS Windows XP Professional" (WXPI)
- MOC 2400: "Implementing and Managing MS Exchange 2003" (B3EI)

Teilnehmerbeitrag Der Teilnehmerbeitrag versteht sich rein netto. Das ZFI ist (gemäss MwSt-Gesetz) nicht Mehrwertsteuerpflichtig und erhebt somit keine MwSt. Bei länger als einen Monat dauernden Lehrgängen ist die Zahlung des Teilnehmerbeitrages in mehreren Raten möglich (pro rata temporis).
